Our world literally collapses with unbending intent. One baby step at a time. True power lies in the ability to sustain our word. Words have Power. What makes the difference between a Buddha and a being that has not realized its Enlightenment is one’s word.
It is said that one action speaks more than one thousand words. We are ultimately what we do, but we have failed to realize that what we do is based only on what we think.
It is a fact that the art of a wise human is the faculty of balancing her or himself, never moving between extremes, but always being in the middle.
The mind tells us to go one way or the other. It tells us that we are right or we are wrong. The mind tells us to start going in one direction only to change it and go backwards. If we walk three meters to the left and then we walk three meters to the right we will come back to the same place where we started. This is why real changes never occur in our lives. mind is like a pendulum, and we follow it for almost all our life. That is why we end up old, bitter and ultimately, defeated…
There is only one way to correct this, and this is accomplished only by creating in us the faculty called “Unbending Intent. The art of turning our word into The Law, The Existential Law…
How do we accomplish this? Very easy. We start right where we are now and we choose to act on something. Whatsoever decision we wish. Let’s say eating a bowl of cereal. The action doesn’t matter at all, the only thing that matters is that we fulfill it completely without regrets. Once we accomplish this then we go to our next decision. Let’s say: “Shall I run today or shall I swim?”. You can think all you want before you decide what to do, but once you decide to do something then you HAVE to fulfill it. So if you chose swimming then you should swim like a dolphin. And then the following decision: “Should I eat pasta or a salad?” Again, think all that you want before deciding, but once you decide then go all the way without regrets…
There are three basic principles that I want to explain here:
First: Every action is equally important. Literally. Why? Because any action can very well be your last action on this planet. How many persons have died while taking a shower? Died while eating something and having a piece of food stuck in their throats? Died in a car accident? How many persons have gone to sleep and never woke up?
Any action can be your last action, so you should treat such action with the utmost respect.
Let’s say that you know that you are going to die at 9:15 PM on Wednesday. You get to choose the last thing that you will eat on this planet. Who is going to enjoy that hamburger the most? You, which out of your predilection decided to eat it or another person that just ate it because he didn’t even care to look at the hole menu? Do you see my point?
Second: The Domino effect. As I have told you countless of times YOU ARE THE WHOLE UNIVERSE. So whenever you decide to do something the whole Universe gets in motion to provide you the solution, but 10 minutes later you canceled that wish so then the Universe starts working on that new wish and since things need a little time to manifest themselves then nothing gets accomplished because the “Manufacturing Process” of such wish got interrupted.
Third: No Mind. Once you do your homework then you can relax. After deciding what you want to do then you just do it, leaving the world of the mind behind, entering into No Mind. Since after you decided what you were going to do you just go and do it, then there are no “Thought Hangovers”. You thought for a little while and then you just acted on such decisions. Entering the world of Silence. The world of the Buddhas.
This is how the Universe works. This is the way to True Power.
Now, reflect on these following words. You most probably have heard them a million times before, but you have ever understood them. See how Powerful, beautiful and accurate they are. The way the Universe IS.
John 1.1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
Truth is Universal, it doesn’t belong to any specific religion. Every Buddha that has come to this planet has been saying the same thing: YOU ARE TRUTH…
