Kickass lessons: The Boar

November 7, 2016 by Genbatto Leave a Comment

boar

A Wild boar to the modern city people may mean nothing, but to those living in or near a rural or  backwoods location, a wild boar is a terror. A member of the pig family, it is a creature of intimidating physicality with incredible resilience and knife sharp tusks. American and central Asian hunters often tell stories that command great fear and respect.

To the careful observer, the Boar can impart lessons of phenomenal strength and tenacity, albeit, with a bit of a penalty.

Imagine pigs with incisive tooth formations. Some as big as 12 feet, weighing 500 to 1200 pounds. Running towards you at the speed of a speeding bus. With swift and sturdy legs to maneuver direction swiftly at will. Very cunning, careful enough to play dead until the hunter with a hunting rifle walks closer. Swift enough to dash 12 feet in a split second as soon as the captor opens a crevice to pour in food or water. Resourceful enough to mislead mounted opponents into Rocky or Woody terrain where it can harass a horse until the rider falls off.

A boar eats with phenomenal greed. Surviving off whatever berries, seeds, insects or carrion it can find. And with every large meal, it goes immediately to sleep. Note that its diet is mostly raw proteins. Every day after it wakes, it goes into heavy physical activity. Lugging a very heavy body over four sturdy legs in a very low stance, stretching, limbering, getting used to its own bulk. While it runs, the most explosive power is shown by its hind legs, the front legs work as a fulcrum as the forward momentum  to bring the weight back to its hind legs with every gallop.

The technique has been replicated by wrestling traditions all over the world.

A heavy, filling protein based diet, a low stance and an explosive flexibility and cardio-based routine.

The Human muscle tissue is weakened when protein chains  are replaced by fat tissue. A regular high-intensity cardiovascular workout changes that, The fat tissue is ousted from the muscle groups and added to the upper layers of the skin. The lower layer carries the strain of the upper layers thus forms a dense protein layer. Making for a strong and limber body under a heavy and thick skin.

This process cannot be replicated using weighted vests as that would only train some specific parts of your body. And as we are but evolved primates with bipedal physiology. We can find it really hard to balance ourselves using that momentum on two legs.

The Raw physicality and bulk strengthens and bolsters us but also slows us down. Our reaction time turns a bit sluggish.

We learn how to use our natural strength and use high-speed movement to create force through momentum. A useful tool in combat sports and high-speed athletics.

With half your attention is subconsciously busy to regain your wiry agility, you experience a slight distraction in your everyday activity. Your focus is a bit strayed constantly as you are more conscious of your physical self. It often happens with high-performance athletes, thus they appear a lot less sharp than they actually are.

This method is recommended to be used alongside high power mental exercises and meditations.

Proceed with eagerness and caution.
