Now let’s look into a number of the beliefs I uncovered in my analysis of prosperous individuals some years back. As I said, not all of the folks I interviewed were uber-wealthy. however all of them had what they needed in terms of money—and the power to make a lot whenever they desired more.
Here’s what they told me they knew to be true regarding money:
1. The universe is exuberant
2. The universe desires me to prosper
3. All prosperity begins with belief
4. cash is an abstraction
5. cash is energy—and can appear as you really feel about it
6. cash has no intelligence of its own
7. cash can answer the directions I give it
8. cash demands attention
Notice that they didn’t mention something regarding the economy, certain professions or that cash was a mirrored image of their self-worth. They didn’t mention the necessity to beat out the next guy or that their relationships and families had to be sacrificed to become rich. They didn’t target obtaining certain degrees or a way to climb the company ladder. and that they actually didn’t assume that cash had an influence and mind of its own!
Which of these eight beliefs of prosperous folks ring true to you? I don’t mean by habit or intellectually—how manyof these beliefs are wired into your system as completely, positively, no question about it kind of true? Are you happy about it? If not, what do you plan to do about it from here on?
There are truckloads of ways you can change the way you see the world. The keyword here is faith. Not just believing. Belief is passive, faith is active. How do you do that?
Notice how I’m using the word Cash here instead of money…If you get that, maybe you can figure things out from here on your own.
Until next time oh you faithful…
